Go to the "File" tab -> "Options" -> "Advanced" -> "Printouts".
Uncheck the "Insert long printouts on multiple pages".
In OneNote 2010, we can print all of a web page to an OneNote page. ( Send to OneNote as printouts ). And in the OneNote 2013, by default, Send to OneNote will print a web page to multiple OneNote pages. How can we disable it? We can disable split pages when Send to OneNote.
Go to the "File" tab -> "Options" -> "Advanced" -> "Printouts". Uncheck the "Insert long printouts on multiple pages".

Not sure if there is a workaround to this but even when "Uncheck the "Insert long printouts on multiple pages"" is unchecked, OneNote still asks if it should print to one or multiple pages and wont procede until this has been answered. Is there a way of disabling this as well?

OneNote will split Printouts to multiple pages when a document > 50 pages.

I've tried this but can only get it to print 9 pages, anything more than that and it reverts to printing everything on separate pages. Could there be another setting?

OneNote has changed this option many times.
