OneNote 2010 update (2010.9.14): Link Note Taking feature does not work with IE

Issue that this update fixes 

• The Link Note Taking feature does not work with Internet Explorer on Turkish versions of Windows. 
• You experience the following ink shifting issues on a Tablet PC: 

1. Ink moves when you click Undo. 
2. Ink shifts when you paste or insert certain content into OneNote 2010. 
3. Ink shifts around when you use the Insert Space feature. 
4. Ink moves because of a collision resolution.
