Add fix Favorite to OneNote for IE function in fix tools.
If you login Windows by administrator privilege, and installed the Favorite to OneNote.
When you switch to login Windows by another standard user, the Favorite to OneNote menu item will disappear in IE, you need to use the Favorite to OneNote Fix Tool to fix the problem.
