[2015-07-19] Release OneNote Gem - Favorites 18.0.0.70

Add New Features:

Daily Journal Feature

• Setting an OneNote notebook or section group as daily journal location.
  
• Create daily journal on OneNote Ribbon.
  
• Create daily journal on OneNote Navigator.
  
• Create daily journal from windows tray, create OneNote page without run OneNote. It will pop up a Mini OneNote Window.
  
• Journal features will create Year section group, Month section and Day page when the page does not exist.
  
• Journal features will navigate to the page if it exists.
